1.  I do not have an Ebay account, how can I get one?

Getting an Ebay Account is free and easy to set up.  All you have to do is go to the Ebay Redemption Code page and click on the country that is appropriate.  On the very first page you come to, you will be prompted "New to Ebay?  Register".  Just click on Register and you are on your way.

2.  How do I delete or clear my browser's cookies?

To delete your cookies, just follow the browser-specific steps below. (Please note that while deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.)

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
